Marsha started a career as a marine biologist, diving into the deep blue and working as an aquarist at the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium.
She became enamored with the world of interpretive design and returned to school, Cal State Long Beach, to get her Masters in Art, specializing in scientific illustration.
She worked on nature/history exhibit centers while independently muraling. The First Lady of California asked her to create a mural in the Govenors' office at the State Capitol.
The opportunity to work 3-D with clay started a new journey. A wonderful studio is created and the exploration of personal work in ceramics begins.
She teaches classes at the Crocker Art Museum, college classes at the Art Institute and is the educational director at the Panama Pottery Factory in Sacramento.
It is this journey that keeps the creative fires burning. I welcome you to join me in this exploration of creativity.
